• Final Presentation Day for Session One is July 21st

Registration and Fee Payment
All applications must be accompanied by the completed registration form and a non refundable $250 registration deposit which is applied towards tuition. You may pay for the program by cheque, Visa, Master Card, or Paypal.

Payment in full is due no later than June 1, 2012. Placement cannot be guaranteed until payment in full is received.
Enrollment is automatically confirmed upon full payment of fees. You will then receive an email confirmation package with further instructions.

Discounts, Credits and Ideas to Raise Funds
Fund Raising Ideas: Many participants have taken an active role in finding sponsorship and fund raising to help pay the costs of attending the program. Here are some fun and creative ideas for you to consider. Please see this letter for ideas.
Scholarships: A limited number of partial scholarships are available based on skill and financial need. Please contact us for details.
Eaglearts offers students the following options to reduce the cost of attending the Summer Program. They are applied to the total cost of a program: tuition, housing and meals. They cannot be applied to registration fees, room deposits, or material costs.
Family Discount: Two or more members of the same immediate family qualify for a reduction of $50 per person.
Earlybird Discount: Fees paid in full by March 31st will receive a 5% discount.
Alumni Discount: Alumni receive a $100 reduction in tuition when registration and $500 (non refundable) deposit are made by December 30th.
Refunds
The Summer Program's planning, hiring, purchasing and related expenses are directly determined by the number of enrollments received in the early spring. Therefore, no refunds are made for early withdrawals, student cancellations or no-shows (regardless of accident, illness, or change of plans) except as follows:
- All fees minus the registration deposit are completely refundable up to 60 days before the first day of session.
- 50% of fees minus the registration deposit are refundable up to 30 days before the start of session.
- No refunds will be made less than 30 days before a class is scheduled to begin.
